Amol Pradhan is the former Chief Transformation Officer at IBM, SIH Singapore, where he led a team of client-facing management consultants and drove global capability uplift for Complex Program Management. Prior to this, he served as the Head of Agility Transformation for Barclays APAC, overseeing a group of 10,000 people, and spent over seven years as Head of Product Engineering for Barclays’ Derivatives product, managing 250+ staff with six VPs as direct reports across the USA, London, Prague, Poland, Singapore, and India. With 25 years of experience in technology delivery, leadership, and process improvement, including more than 14 years in Agile and DevOps transformation, Amol has led and contributed to 25+ transformation journeys across the USA, Europe, Middle East, ANZ, and Asia. He is also a guest lecturer in Enterprise Agile Scaling at the National University of Singapore and has worked across multiple Fortune 500 industries including aerospace, oil & gas, retail, automotive, media & entertainment, information services, and financial services. Amol completed his executive education at the Stanford Graduate School of Business on “LEAD Organization Change” and is a certified Agile trainer, holding credentials as a SAFe SPC4, RTE, Scrum@Scale Trainer, and Licensed Scrum Trainer (LST) since 2013.

Chika has over 20 years of industry and supply chain management experience. Before joining Greenpac, she served as the Managing Director for a global logistics company, where she was responsible for air and ground express delivery operations and strategic growth initiatives.

Christopher Lim is a transformational HR leader with over two decades of experience driving strategic human capital initiatives across Asia-Pacific region. With a career spanning multinational corporations in globally diverse sectors, Christopher is known for his resilience, strategic foresight, and ability to build agile, high-performing teams. Currently serving as Vice President, Group HR Operational Excellence, HR Analytics & Technology, and HR Head Southeast Asia at DKSH, Christopher leads HR operational excellence transformation across 31 markets, integrating data-driven strategies and technology platforms like SuccessFactors to enhance workforce performance and operational efficiency.

Christopher brings deep, cross-functional expertise in HR transformation, organizational design, change leadership, HR technology, and executive business partnering. With a strong leadership presence across Asia Pacific, he effectively navigates complex cultural and operational landscapes to drive sustainable change in fast-paced, evolving environments. He regularly coaches senior leaders to elevate leadership effectiveness, drive alignment, and accelerate business performance. His strategic leadership in organizational transformation has delivered measurable business outcomes, including a CHF 35 million EBIT uplift, a 42% increase in profitability through KPI simplification and other HR-led initiatives, and a +28-point improvement in team engagement.

A recognized thought leader, he speaks at HR conferences and is known for his forward-looking perspectives on agile HR and business transformation. His work has earned multiple awards, including Best HR Strategy Implementation and Best in HR Business Partnering, as well as triple wins at the Singapore HR Awards for Performance, L&D, and Talent/Succession.

Jaclyn is a seasoned HR Professional with close to 30 years of experience in the full spectrum of Human Resources at both Singapore and the regional level. She has led major strategic changes in the various organizations that she has worked for and possesses rich experience in managing large-scale HR projects at local, regional, and national levels. She is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer for Certis Group, a leading outsourced services partner those designs, builds, and operates multi-disciplinary smart security and integrated services. As CHRO of Certis Group, covering 30,000 global employees in 5 regions, she steers the global human resources strategy, aligning it with our corporate vision to drive excellence, innovation, and growth across our diverse operations. Her role involves fostering a high-performance culture that values diversity, inclusion, and continuous learning, ensuring Certis remains at the forefront of the security industry. Jaclyn also holds the concurrent role of Chief Executive of the Certis Corporate University (CCU). CCU is the first of its kind corporate university for the security industry, equipping Certis employees with the relevant knowledge and skillsets to be future-ready. It trains 10,000 frontline employees in CCU yearly and offer a plethora of AI training to develop citizen developers. The university also has an Institute for Management Development that incorporates a comprehensive curriculum to strengthen leadership capability.

In Jaclyn’s previous role as Chief Human Resources Officer for the Singapore University of Technology and Design, she worked with the board, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), senior academic leadership, and the Ministry of Education, to set up the initial strategic roadmap, talent strategy, as well as the human resource frameworks and structure needed to build the fourth public university. In partnership with MIT, she worked with the senior team to set up the International Design Centre, and many eminent research institutes within SUTD which have gained international prominence. Jaclyn was also instrumental in recruiting many top academics globally to join SUTD in its formative years. Today, many of its faculty have reached international standing in key fields of research and have produced many talented students who have made much impact in the society. Jaclyn was accorded the Public Administration Medal (Silver) in 2018 for her contributions to Education.

As the Head of Asia Ecosystem, Chet oversees the development of 22Health Ventures’ Singapore-APAC healthtech ecosystem. Chet brings with him a wealth of diverse professional experience within the healthcare industry. Prior to 22Health, Chet served as ASEAN Healthcare Industry Lead for Amazon Web Services responsible for the go-to-market strategy. He was also the founding COO for Good Doctor Technology, a startup joint venture between Ping An and Grab where he led cross-geography medical teams and business operations. Chet’s career spans over 20 years in a variety of regional healthcare and business transformation/innovation leadership roles; from a medical doctor trained in surgery (orthopaedics) to management at Raffles Medical Group and as Healthcare and Life Sciences Industry Leader for Deloitte Southeast Asia. Other leadership appointments for Chet were with IHH Healthcare as VP/CEO of Parkway Laboratories and Ananda Development PCL as Chief Innovation Officer.

Eleonore Dachicourt, CFA, is a Managing Director and Head of Sustainability, Asia at BNP Paribas Wealth Management. In this role, she leads the bank’s sustainable investment strategy across the region, guiding clients on their transition journey and helping them deploy capital towards sustainable and impact-driven investments.

Before joining BNP Paribas in 2022, Eleonore was Managing Director and Head of Sustainable Client Solutions at Credit Suisse Global Wealth Management, where she significantly expanded the firm’s sustainable investment portfolio and client engagement efforts.

Eleonore brings over 20 years of experience in asset and wealth management, with deep expertise as a portfolio manager, investment specialist, and capital raiser across Europe, Asia, the UK, and the Middle East, including more than 13 years based in Singapore. She has raised and managed billions of dollars across traditional and alternative asset classes, with a particular focus on hedge funds and multi-asset long-only strategies.

She holds a Master’s in Business and Management from NEOMA Business School in France, and an Executive MBA from INSEAD in Singapore. A CFA Charterholder, Eleonore also holds the CFA Certificate in ESG Investing, the CFA UK Certificate in Climate and Investing, and a postgraduate Certificate in Business Sustainability Management from the University of Cambridge’s Institute for Sustainability Leadership. She is a professionally certified executive and wellness coach.

A sustainability practitioner for 3 decades, Esther has been instrumental in building up the Sustainability leadership for CDL, which has been ranked Top amongst real estate companies on the Global 100 Most Sustainable Corporations in the World, released at World Economic Forum at Davos.

Esther published the first sustainability report in Singapore in 2008 and issued the first green bond by a Singapore company in 2017. Conferred the 2018 SDG Pioneer for Green Infrastructure and A Low Carbon Economy by the UN Global Compact, and named amongst 25 Trailblazing Women against Climate Change by Reuters in 2023 as well as the inaugural TIME100 Climate Leaders in Business 2023 list, Esther sits on the boards or advisory platforms of international organizations including:

As the Commercial Vice President in APAC at Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies, Lei LI is a visionary and seasoned leader with over 20 years’ experience in driving innovation, business growth, strategic planning, and organization capability enhancement. Her extensive experience spans multiple industries of consumer goods, pharmaceutical and medical devices, which enables her to quickly navigate direction and transform ideas into strategies in complex and ever-changing environments.

In Terumo BCT, Lei led the China transformation program, vigorously promoted and launched the China localization project, brought the factory close to the market. She envisioned the rise of Indian market post-Covid, decisively drove the high-value advanced technology rollout to fulfill the unmet patients’ needs and turned around the India business to be profitable. In the diverse Southeast Asia (SEA) market, she innovatively changed business operation model in Terumo’s SEA entities, setting up an entrepreneurial approach to spearhead blood and cell technology business competitively. Lei embraces technology savvy and curiosity for turning technology into application in healthcare field so more novel treatment options will be available. She continuously and meticulously works on it. On one side, she invests in people and builds organization capability for technological advancement and scalability management; on the other hand, she connects with external innovators and advocators to shape the industry for more efficient, accessible and sustainable medical solutions which will result in better patient outcomes.

Lei graduated from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania with an MBA degree. She also holds Master’s degree in Economics from University of International Business and Economics and Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Xi’an Jiaotong University.

Lt. General Sharma is a leadership strategist and sustainability advocate with deep expertise in environment, renewable energy, and corporate governance. A decorated four-decade veteran of the Indian Army, he led the logistics and administration of its 1.3 million-strong force, one of the largest operational commands in the world. As India’s Defense Attaché in London, he played a pivotal role in global defense diplomacy.

A sought-after speaker and advisor, he writes on national strategy, security, and decision-making while mentoring business leaders on resilience, motivation, and transformation. Passionate about entrepreneurship, he has guided multiple startups to success, shaping the next generation of impact-driven enterprises.

Prannoy is an Associate Director at the Carbon Trust’s Singapore office. His focus lies in supporting businesses across Asia in developing their sustainability strategies, which entail a systematic process including carbon footprinting, Net Zero & Science Based Target setting, Net Zero road-mapping, Climate Risk & Opportunity disclosure, carbon reduction strategies, and assurance & labelling. Prannoy’s diverse background encompasses consulting, business development, commercial, and technical roles, where he played pivotal roles in shaping sustainability initiatives for various organisations.

Prior to joining the Carbon Trust 4 years ago, Prannoy spent more than 13 years at Sembcorp Industries, where he developed and offered a variety of bespoke sustainable solutions to corporate customers to meet their environmental sustainability needs.

Prannoy holds a master’s degree in environmental engineering from the Singapore Stanford Partnership program. He is also an engineer by training and holds certifications as a Registered Management Consultant (RMC™), Singapore Certified Energy Manager (SCEM™), GARP Sustainability and Climate Risk (SCR™) Certified professional, and CFA Institute Certified ESG Investment professional.

Sarjit Singh is a Senior Advisor at Deloitte Southeast Asia and the Leader of Deloitte Learning Solutions. He leads a team of experts in conceptualizing and delivering programs in financial reporting, corporate governance, risk management, internal controls, sustainability, artificial intelligence, board readiness, and leadership. With over 30 years of experience in accounting and finance, Singh has held various leadership roles, including CEO Singapore of InCorp Global, Chairman and Senior Partner of Kreston ACA, CFO of Aviva Asia, and CFO of AIA Singapore. He has extensive experience in assurance and advisory, having spent 16 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers. He also serves as a member of the Advocacy Committee of The Institute of Internal Auditors Singapore, and a member of the Investigations and Disciplinary Panel at the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.

Simon is a seasoned global IT leader with over 33 years of experience, consistently delivering transformative business solutions across Finance, Healthcare, FMCG, Web Services, and Supply Chain sectors.

Throughout his career, Simon has been a driving force in organisational growth and innovation. He leads high-performing teams and fosters long-term partnerships built on trust and customer satisfaction. His expertise spans regional leadership, business operations, and strategic execution, with a focus on exceeding customer expectations and driving business transformation.

Currently serving as the Senior Vice President – Head of Strategic Partnerships at Teceze, Simon leverages his extensive experience to steer global business operations. He has held senior leadership positions at prominent organisations, including Coca-Cola Amatil, World Wide Technology, and Dell Technologies, where he consistently delivered outstanding results.

Simon is known for bringing clarity from ambiguity, developing talent, and maintaining a relentless focus on Customer Delight, ensuring sustained success in every initiative he leads.

Steven is a technology executive and board member who is passionate about bringing people, data and governance together to achieve tangible outcomes. He has over 20 years’ experience working in many roles, including Chief Commercial Officer, Chief Technology Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Director of Strategy & Consulting, Enterprise Architect, Consultant, and Coach across a variety of industries. Steve has extensive experience in working with the executive suite to simplify and align security, data and technology with strategic directives.

Steven is currently the Chief Commercial Officer (formally Chief Technology Officer) for a leading boutique digital transformation firm headquartered in Singapore, and offices in Hong Kong, Australia, the United Kingdom, and Dubai.

Prior to his current role, Steven was the Chief Operating Officer for a leading cloud transformation organisation assisting the executive leadership of South Africa’s financial services industry navigate their cloud transformation journeys and preparing them for the cyber threat landscape.

Historically, Steven led the architectural design and adoption of a go-to-market framework across a global Telco organisation on behalf of the global services CEO. He also designed and implemented a digital transformation programme for executive management at a top 10 global logistics organisation on Enterprise Architecture, agile ways of working, cyber resilience, DevOps, Cloud migration, and Process Optimisation. Apart from that, he developed and delivered the eHealth strategy for the Ghana health ministry, including the cross-boarder engagement and cyber protection and produced the executive Cyber report for the Chairman of the Bankers Association of Philippines and CEO of Philippine largest Bank.

Steven is also an established board level facilitator and thought leader with partnerships and publications with the likes of Singapore Institute of Directors, Asia Tech Singapore, South African Chamber of Commerce, Della Leaders Club and many others
Steven has held executive leadership delivery and coaching positions, and helped grow businesses across Africa, the UK, Australia, Singapore and Hong Kong. Steven holds the Togaf 9 Enterprise Architect qualification and is Certified Trainer (ExecuTrain). He has a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from University Pretoria and BSc in Computer Science from Rhodes University.

As ICDM Facilitator, Steven has conducted various Cybersecurity & Technology Risk programmes for companies from different industries. He has received positive feedback on his engagement and delivery style and most importantly, his ability to address participants’ concerns from a board director’s lens
